My Amal Fellowship Journey
Since my fellowship started, I had been through many good experiences that had a vital impact on me. But the most revolutionary one was the spirit of “AIK AUR AIK GYARA”. Analysing all the task that I have completed in a group went so well that it made me realise that how significant and supportive the team work is.
Previously , I preferred to work individually. Consequently, it was more time consuming. On the other hand, Team work accelerates the process of working. It also provides quality work. The diverse opinions of team members results in top-notch presentation along with appreciation from the supervisior. This makes the team stand in the spotlight. With team work you can break the records that were thought never could be broken. You can break rocks. You can move mountains.
Undoubtedly,
“UNITY IS STRENGTH” as unity acts as a tool essential for character building along with development of society. Also team work provides one with such a spirit to face all the obstacles and accomplishment of goals.
Also,
“UNITED WE STAND DIVIDED WE FALL”
Even Nature provides an example for us. When a tree branch remains connected to tree, it can grow, it can flourish. It will bear new leaves, new flowers, new fruits . On the contrary, a broken branch can never be able to go green again. As time passes it withers and loses its identity. Same is the case with human beings, Individuals who works together are always recognised for their work, are successful and have commendable qualities. Whereas, an individual person who leaves his group loses his identity and can never be prosperous, successful and honourable.
Hence, I would suggest everyone to work faithfully in their respective groups. It will not only provide a fertile life but also give self confidence and courage to meet the diffulties face to face!
Lastly, all other activities, courses, sessions and the guidance from Amal Academy taught me alot. A big round of Aplause for my Program Manager and Program Associate. They are my best teachers. And much gratitude to my all fellows, they had made my journey great.
