Unhygienic food and the unhygenic conditions in restaurants and cafes affects health of people

Insights
The problem I consider important to be solved is the unhygienic environment in the food chain sector in restaurants and the quality of food made in these environments might be harmful.

There are a lot of food restaurants and cafes and these restaurants are also taking orders online and delivering at the door steps. Also food is love for all and people nowadays like to eat from the restaurants. Apparently these restaurants seem to be very clean from outside , like in the sitting area it’s clean but the hygiene in the restaurant cannot be seen from the sitting arrangement. The place where the food is prepared and the place from where the groceries for food are bought needed to be taken under consideration. The things that are used to cook and make perfect dishes also needed to be seen that these things are not expired and unwashed . These hygienic measures should be observed time by time to ensure the quality of the food and thus having a hygienic food is important.

When I go to restaurants, I observe such things and after seeing many cases of unhygienic food and environment from the media and personally, I came to know that still there is a need to have check and balance on these restaurants so that they may honestly make food and environment better. I have seen many people who suffered food poisoning and health issues just because of the quality of the food that they eat from the restaurant outside. One of my family members had food poisoning after eating some unhygienic food. Also in my neighbourhood there is a family that all suffered the same situation, they have seen the unhygienic environment themselves and told me their views and that situation. Unhygienic food creates a lot of problems . Good health is very important and it can be maintained by having hygienic and good food. The restaurant employes and waiters must wear gloves and use cleaned utensils for food preparation.

So, here I have decided to have check on the restaurants at least in my area , so that I ensure the quality of the food and the hygienic environment. If there is any issue then I would ask the restaurant owner to create a healthy and hygienic environment otherwise I would report.

Here I benefited in a way that when I will regularly have check then I and the community will get the better hygienic food and environment and this will help in reduced health issues that arise just because of the food quality.
